Coronavirus Update


The global mail network are working incredibly hard to keep delays to a minimum but there are still delays to orders especially internationally. Orders can take up to 4 weeks longer than your expected delivery estimates. The Royal Mail are not accepting lost mail claims until 25 (working) days have passed meaning I will not be able to replace/refund your order until this time period has passed. When you place an order you are agreeing to wait the sufficient time for your order to arrive.


 Delivery Days - I am currently only dispatching on the following Thursday/Monday after your order is placed. 

Can I place an order?


Yes, everyone can place orders but please bear in mind there might be shipping delays as stated above. Please check the usual delivery estimates here but remember there could be potential delays.


Are you dispatching as normal?


I am running a limited dispatch service and will only be dispatching on Mondays and Thursdays. Please bear in mind, if you place your order on a Sunday evening/Monday morning or Wednesday evening/Thursday morning these may not be dispatched until the following dispatch day! 


How long should my order take to arrive?


Your order will be dispatched on the following Monday/Thursday after your order is placed. The Royal Mail are working extremely hard to ensure delays are kept to a minimum but please allow an additional 4 weeks to the usual delivery estimates, for your order to arrive. What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?


Please allow at least 4 weeks after your order should have arrived before getting in touch. If it hasn't arrived after that time please get in touch. I would highly recommend picking a tracked service (especially international). You will not be able to track where your order is, if you don't pick a tracked delivery!
