We really hope you love every Organising Chaos purchase, however, if you do need to make a return you’re welcome to do so within 14 days of receipt. If you would like to return for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible after you have received your order using the contact form or email. All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return.
There are a few items we stock that can’t be returned or exchanged due to products made to order so please make a note of this before making your purchase.
We encourage you to refer to the size guide before making a purchase. Each product is printed to order, so unless there is a fault with the item we don’t accept returns or exchanges.
If your item is faulty please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve this for you. Please include your order number and images showing the damage.

Returned to Sender
Orders are sometimes returned to Organising Chaos, if you have entered the wrong address or failed to claim the order. If your order is returned to us, you are entitled to a refund for the products (minus the postage) alternatively you will have the option to pay for the items to be reshipped.
